This 7-hour Wyoming Real Estate Law course provides a comprehensive review of the legal framework governing real estate practice in Wyoming. The course begins with an examination of the authority and enforcement powers of the Wyoming Real Estate Commission, including record inspections, complaint investigations, and disciplinary actions. You will continue on to review licensing requirements, activities requiring licensure, continuing education obligations, renewal procedures, and changes in license status.

The course also addresses the duties and responsibilities of licensees in agency and non-agency relationships, trust fund handling, document management, advertising standards, and required disclosures. Additional focus is placed on broker supervision, compensation rules, and protection against errors and omissions. Consumer protection topics include statutory definitions, the Recovery and Education Funds, the Statute of Frauds, material facts, and foreclosure and redemption.
