The National Professional Home Inspection Course is a comprehensive training program designed to prepare aspiring home inspectors for licensing exams (where required) and professional practice. - Washington Home Inspection Education Hours: 120 hours
- Inspections: 40 hours
- Exam Required: Washington State Exam (including National)
- Application Fee: $720 (other fees may apply)
- Insurance Requirements: None
- Background Check: is not required but applicants are required to disclose
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
- Notarized application is not required
- High School Diploma or GED is not required
Home Inspection License Expiration: Every two years on the applicant’s second birthday following issuance.
