The course prepares learners for the Florida broker licensing exam and provides the foundation necessary to be a successful real estate broker in Florida. In addition to broker-specific responsibilities, topics include Florida real estate law, valuation, appraisal,  real estate sale contracts, financing, settlement procedures, federal income tax laws, investment real estate, zoning and planning, environmental issues, and property management.
