Let’s say you’re touring a new home with a buyer, and she asks you for the square footage of the living room. You know the length and width. What do you do? Your buyer also has $60,000 to put down and wants to know how much house she can afford with an 80/20 loan to value. Can you answer her?
Can you help an investor determine income potential if you know the going rate and value? Can you read an amortization table? In this course, you'll practice solving just these kinds of problems.
