Next Steps Towards Getting Your Washington License
Congratulations on completing your 60-Hour Real Estate Fundamentals Course and 30-Hour Real Estate Practices Course! The next step to tackle is the Washington state broker licensing exam. We suggest the following steps:
The CE Shop will electronically send course completion information to PSI/AMP. We can only do this if you are a registered student with PSI/AMP. Register here.
Familiarize yourself with the content of the licensing exam by reviewing the exam content, outlined on pages 22 (national) and 24 (state) of the Candidate Handbook.
Take advantage of the state and national practice exams, available at the end of your course. Even though you were required to pass the exams with a score of at least 80%, we suggest continuing to take them until you can consistently score a 90% or better.
