Going Above and Beyond the Job

Nick took the leap to start his own team. After almost a decade of working with his mother, he decided it was time to branch out. Since then, he's created his own systems and lead generating follow-up to grow his team in two states. He is not afraid to try new things even if it may mean failure. He stays up-to-date with what consumers want and implements those things into his business. He's constantly trying out new tech, new lead generating platforms, social media posts, and more to see what works and what doesn't.

A Commitment to Developing Professionally

Nick's desire has always been to eventually step out of the buying and selling agent role. Since he started in real estate in 2008, he has gone from agent, to lead listing agent, to running two teams, and now is the team leader at Keller Williams Premier. He also started Lab Coat Agents and has invested in a few real estate tech startups.

A Focus on Customer Service

Nick goes above and beyond for his clients. His team has a concierge listing packet for sellers, which creates a very personalized experience. From photos to full staging included, to a personalized up-to-date timeline (via a Google Doc), clients always know where they are in the process, what to expect next, and what's included. Nick also hosts multiple client appreciation events to say thank you to his clients.

Contributing to the Community

Over the past 10 years, Nick has run The Four Legged Food Drive, in which he collects donations for local animal shelters. For the last year and a half, he has been donating a portion of every commission his team makes to the town's shelter. In the real estate world, Nick helped co-found the Facebook group Lab Coat Agents. In three years, it has grown to almost 100k members and is a place where realtors and vendors can come together to collaborate, learn best practices, and grow their businesses. They do not charge for membership and Nick will spend time on the phone with agents to answer questions, help with marketing ideas, lead generation etc.
