Alexis Trzcinski

Berkshire Hathaway Home Service Connecticut October

Former digital marketing extraordinaire-turned-REALTOR®, Alexis Trzcinski began her career developing skills in digital marketing, social media, blogging, and business management. She took these skills into the real estate industry where she applied her knowledge and compassion for her clients into PropertyWhales.com, an MLS access point created for her clients to have an easier searching process when looking for homes on the market. Today, there are 13,500 Connecticut residents that utilize this site to find homes on the market.

Going Above and Beyond

Alexis has done so much for her clients, all of her reviews reflect her passion for what she does and her desire to go the extra mile for each of her clients. From her handpicked housewarming gifts to sending food and drinks to clients on moving day, even going to appointments for estimates or stagings so that her clients don’t need the extra hassle or to take the time off from work. She has personally hauled 2000 sq. feet of hardwood into a home for a client because the client couldn’t be there for the delivery. For her clients that are feeling overwhelmed, she has dropped off a bottle of wine and a “hang in there” basket to show them that she is there throughout the whole process. She never misses the opportunity to help or answer questions, even if she gets nothing in return.

She always goes above and beyond to continue learning, innovating, and improving. The more knowledge she is able to acquire, the more benefits she can bring to her clients and it’s reflected in every step of the process. She is always striving to improve herself, the way real estate is done, and the experience of her clients. As a result, she has high reviews, all 5-star ratings from every single client she’s ever assisted.

Giving Back

Alexis has a long history of giving back. She has volunteered for a number of organizations including Meals on Wheels, VITAS Healthcare, fundraising for cancer patients at Middlesex Hospital, Community Cleanups, and the Sunshine Kids Foundation (a non-profit dedicated to children diagnosed with cancer). Alexis has lots of experience with online advertising and social media and she uses her online platforms to spread awareness about local fundraisers and events that help the community. Currently, she is in the process of planning an annual blood drive in honor of her late grandfather, who was a huge blessing to the community. His illness required many blood transfusions and she would like to pay it forward to other families in the same situation.
