Next Steps Towards Getting Your Pennsylvania License
Congratulations on completing your 60-hour Pennsylvania real estate salesperson Pre-Licensing education! The next step is to tackle the Pennsylvania licensing exam. To give you the best chance at success, we suggest the following steps:
Get mentally prepared by reviewing these Study Tips.
Take advantage of the state and national practice exams, which are designed to mirror the topics in your actual licensing exam. These practice exams are available at the end of your 30-Hour Real Estate Practice course.
Familiarize yourself with the content of the licensing exam by reviewing the exam Content Outline on pages 9-12 of the PSI Candidate Handbook and the Content Map that identifies where exam topics are covered within your course.
Register for licensure through the Pennsylvania Department of State site.
Make an exam appointment. Many people have the best intentions to study for a few weeks before the exam, but history shows that students who take the exam within a week or two of finishing their course have the best chance of success. Sign up through PSI.
