This fully online course provides the 15 hours of interactive instruction required as part of the 30 hours in applied real estate practices. You'll be able to apply your knowledge to real-world scenarios, beefing up your analysis and decision-making skills.
Note: If you were issued an initial real estate broker license PRIOR to 8/9/19, you will need to complete 30 hours of post-licensing content. This course counts toward this requirement. Prior to participating in this interactive course, the 15-hour Broker post-licensing course should be completed.
