The best ways to manage your risks are to know and follow Alabama license law, understand where and why legal issues occur, and know the steps you can take to prevent litigation.
This three-hour course explores agency issues, disclosure requirements, contracts, and contingencies. It also provides guidance on reducing liability exposure for you, your brokerage, and your clients. This course meets Alabama’s mandatory requirement for CE on Risk Management.
