Next Steps Towards Getting Your Missouri License
Congratulations on completing your 48-Hour Missouri Real Estate Salesperson course! The next step to tackle is your licensing exam. For the best chance at success, we recommend taking the following steps:
Register for the examination online through PSI (formerly AMP).
Familiarize yourself with the content of the licensing exam by reviewing the exam content, outlined on pages 17 (national) and 19 (state) of the Candidate Handbook.
Take advantage of the state and national practice exams, available at the end of your course. Even though you were required to pass the exams with a score of at least 80%, we suggest continuing to take them until you can consistently score a 90% or better.

Number of Questions by Topic
The Missouri real estate licensing exam consists of both national and state-specific questions. You will have four hours to complete both portions. To best prepare you for the exam, here’s a breakdown of the topics that you’ll encounter on the licensing exam:
