Congratulations on completing your 40 hours of Michigan real estate Salesperson Pre-Licensing education! The next step is to tackle your licensing exam. For the best chance at success, we recommend taking the following steps:

  1. Submit your license application to the state through the Michigan website.

  2. Make an exam appointment through PSI.

  3. Familiarize yourself with the content of the licensing exam by reviewing the exam Content Outline on pages 6-8 of the PSI Candidate Handbook.
