Successfully complete the 48-Hour Missouri Salesperson Pre-Examination Course with an approved education provider.

Complete the course final exam.

After you complete all the course materials, meet the minimum time requirement, and pass the practice exam, there is a final exam.

You do not need to take this in the presence of a proctor.

Register and take the Missouri Salesperson Exam.

Successfully complete the 24-Hour Missouri Real Estate Practice Course (MREP) with an approved education provider.

This course must be completed before applying for your license. It can be taken before or after your exam date, but must be taken after the successful completion of the 48-Hour Missouri Salesperson Pre-Examination Course.

Once you have passed the state exam and successfully completed the MREP, apply for a license.

You will need to submit an application within six months of completing the 48-Hour Missouri Salesperson Pre-Examination Course.
