What does it take to get a real estate license in Delaware?

To become a real estate agent in Delaware you must first complete 99 hours of Pre-Licensing coursework. After satisfactory completion of the Pre-Licensing requirements, the candidate must pass a two-part standardized salesperson real estate exam. Upon completion of the coursework and a passing grade on the exam you can submit an application to the state for your license. To remain active as a real estate agent in Delaware, you may be required to take up to 21 hours of Continuing Education courses every two years.
