Congratulations on completing your 60-hour D.C. real estate Salesperson Pre-Licensing education! The next step is to tackle your D.C. licensing exam. For the best chance at success with your licensing exam, we recommend taking the following steps:

  1. Familiarize yourself with the content of the licensing exam by reviewing the exam content outlined on pages 6-9 of the PearsonVue Candidate Handbook.

  2. Schedule your examination online through PSI.

Number of Questions by Topic
