Tom Brady’s Official Farewell to Massachusetts
If you’re a die-hard Patriots fan and still holding out hope that Tommy B would return, his recent Super Bowl LV win and the offloading of his Massachusetts mansion has solidified his departure from Massachusetts. After two years on the market, Tom Brady and supermodel wife Gisele Bundchen have finally sold their home in an off-market deal with a final price tag at $32.5 million, according to the Boston Globe. Recently, off-market deals have become popular in the Boston area to maintain some discretion for both the buyer and seller.
“I often find whether a property is on-market or quietly available off-market that I can connect the dots by picking up the phone,” Maggie Gold Seelig of MGS Group Real Estate told the Boston Globe. “Relationships matter and knowing who is in the market often really matters.”
The custom-built 12,000-sq.-ft. estate in the greater Boston area was originally listed at $39.5 million but dropped to $33.9 million with the onset of the pandemic. The power couple purchased the five-acre plot of land in 2013 and commissioned renowned architect Richard Landry to create their east coast masterpiece. Finished in May of 2015, the Brookline luxury bunker provides serene views of the Brookline Country Club, and it’s extremely private.

While Brady’s real estate moves are making headlines, his football prowess cannot be ignored. Brady’s 2020 - 2021 season was arguably one of his best performances according to the stat sheet, and he ended on a high note capping off the season with another Super Bowl win. Below is a quick rundown of his stats - on the off chance that Brady needs to snap up more real estate and calls you into the game, it can’t hurt to know how the man runs the field:
