Building your career on a solid ethical foundation will not only keep you in compliance but will create an environment and energy that will allow you to grow your business exponentially. The course begins by exploring a licensee’s ethical responsibilities to the public and the real estate industry.  This includes specific rules and rulings provided by state statutes and administrative bodies as well as practical suggestions for maintaining compliance.  Ethical responsibilities to clients and customers follows with specific sections related to buyers and sellers, disclosure requirements, online and traditional advertising, compensation and the proper handling of contracts and client funds.  The course closes with a section on the ethical duties to fellow licensees promoting mutual respect and professionalism for all Ohio professionals.
